Updating Firmware

There are two methods for updating the firmware. If you have added the sensor to the ESPHome addon follow this guide. If you have not and the sensor exists only in Home Assistant in the ESPHome service follow this guide.

Updating Through ESPHome Addon

  1. In HomeAssistant open the ESPHome addon
  2. Find the sensor you want to update and click the three dots in the bottom right

3. Select “Validate” from the list

4. Once the validation completes, click “Install” in the bottom right

5. Complete!
